NISD Gifted & Talented Program Referral Thank you for your interest in referring a student for the NISD Gifted & Talented program. Ongoing identification of students occurs throughout the school year. Please see the information below for grade-specific information and deadlines. Should a student be referred after a referral deadline, the student will be assessed during the next appropriate testing window. A student ID number is required to submit this form.
